Introduction: Hi, I'm Lauren! I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, minors in music and International Relations, and then obtained a Masters of Arts in Education to teach Spanish K-12. When I first started studying Spanish, the idea of being able to use and understand a foreign language seemed like an impossible dream. However, I am now living proof that through a great deal of hard work and persistence, it is most definitely possible! I have five years experience teaching high school, and in college, I was a Spanish tutor for the university and for individual students in the community. As a current teacher, I have the opportunity every day to watch hundreds of students progress in their ability to use and understand the Spanish language, which is very rewarding! I seek to help people in this endeavor as frequently as possible! I know firsthand what is required to learn a language and am passionate about passing that knowledge to others and walking with them towards progress!
