FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to be the best priced repair company. I doubt any other real techs can beat our prices and service. We do charge a service fee as the hardest part about most jobs is finding the problem. Though our service fee is equal to our minimum labor charge. So if it's a small job there is often NO ADDITIONAL labor charge. Labor is always under $100 unless it's a huge job or an install. Many times our parts are less than what you would pay yourself at the store.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather their information and go to their house and fix their problem. The process is the same with any customer, though new customers we need a little more info from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend yearly conventions for further training and have hours of training and instruction under my belt. I have a BA in History from LSU, yet found a love for electronics. After fixing computers for years I switched to appliances.
