- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always run specials and will always be competitive. We are usually in range with other contractors....but also we hear we are sometimes 10% less than the competition. We do this because we know if they give us the first opportunity, we will earn their business from that point forward with quality products, efficient, thorough cleaning and keeping the same staff at every home each visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply Clean knows how important is to make a great first impression. With that being said I personally show up to the home with my team. I walk through with the owner an my team and go over any specifics and also explain how detailed our cleaning service is. This small but crucial step always guarantees a great first impression and a long lasting relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in corporate america for over a decade with extensive training in building solid relationships that put the customer first. We know that the customer is our business, and without them, we have no company.
