Was told my Mac Book Pro had a fried hard drive by pro at Best Buy and Apple Tech support.Was told all files were deleted forever.
Tim contacted me within minutes, asked questions and was very positive that he could help so we set an appointment in my home for the next day, everything was found, cleaned my computer, hard drive was ok just needed a cable replaced. So very professional and helpful and would give a ***** rating to anyone. Thanks
