- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price for pool cleaning is based on the customers needs. General pricing vary for each customer. We base our prices for pool service on the size of the pool, foliage surrounding the pool and number of visits requested per week to be cleaned. We offer different service package's that customer's can choose from for weekly Service. Premier Service Basic pool service of one visit per week Basic chemicals included * filter clean not included includes: maintanence duties, chemicals tested, balanced,vacuum as needed, baskets/cleaner bag emptied, equiptment inspection Platitum Service ( Full Service) Once or twice a week cleaning of thd pool. package includes items listed in the Premier Service, filter cleaning included. All customer's who continue service year round receive a 5% discount off products purchased through Indigo Pools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consulation with the customer to answer question's or concerns, discuss expectations,what services will be preformed, demonstrations, informational packets to the guidelines of our company and the services we offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
