- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the scope of the property and the amount of furniture that is required, however, all estimates are initially established based on a standard pricing structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us, we will work with you to establish a scope of work, and from there we provide you with an estimate. After the estimate is approved, a 50% upfront deposit is required to hold your install date on our calendar, and when the install date comes we work our magic. When the job is completed we charge the final 50%, and bill a monthly agreed upon rental fee thereafter until the staging items are removed.

Our team is a wealth of knowledge with over a decade of home staging and interior design experience.
