- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find most of the video editing prices over rated. Thus, I keep the fees as low as I could so that I have a long term healthy relation with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact with the client first and I understand their needs. After that I start working on the project. From time to time I share the existing situation with the clients and ask for their opinion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a college in CA that associates in Arts in Cinema.
