Very good Trainer!May 18, 2018Verified
I have been training with Ryan three times a week, for the past three weeks, and for one hour. He is the best trainer I’ve ever had because he really focuses on my weaknesses, my form (to correct me on the proper form of the exercise), and what exercises work well for me even with injuries I received in the past. On top of that, I had a c-section a year (13 months ago to be exact), and I’m already seeing results! My stomach drastically started dissappearing and I no longer have rolls on my back - after only three weeks! I plan on training with him for a while - even when I get pregnant again!Feb 9, 2018Verified

Ryan is everything I wanted and more in a personal trainer. He's very personable, friendly. He takes his craft very seriously. But what I like the most about him is his kindness and sensitivity. As soon as I met him I could tell he was a very good person. He's also a gentleman. He not only works on your body but also with your mind to help you get pass old habits. He's also a very positive person which is something I need in the early stages I'm at. You can tell he really cares about you as a person. I always look forward to seeing him. He always welcomes me with a hug. He always texts me to see how I'm doing with my training. I don't want to disappoint him, so I do my best. At point he believes more in me than I believe in myself. He says his goal is to one day see me walk through the gym doors to do my own thing. I couldn't be happier with him. It's hard to believe that how affordable he is.Dec 27, 2017Verified
Ryan is the best physical trainer I’ve ever had. He listens and only wants the best for his clients. Ryan’s techniques have lead to results that have changed my life. I would recommend him to anyone that wants great physical changes in their future.Nov 20, 2017Ryan C.'s reply
Thank you CJ! You are the example of what happens when a client does everything they should in and out of the gym. This is more than working out for you, it’s a lifestyle!
