I am certified, License number 1828, by the State of Tennessee. Your Realtor had to complete extensive schooling and testing to receive his/her license and so did I. I have also acted as an apprentice alongside a top home inspector for months before obtaining my license. It is highly recommended that you hire a home inspector who is licensed. I am also a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI. I offer a details from the roof to the foundation and deliver these findings in an easy to read, detailed color picture report.
