- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 for 90 minutes of time (1.5 hours). $50 per additional 30 minutes of time as needed. $50 for visits that are under 30 minutes total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get in touch over the phone to find out details about the requested work. I ask a series of non-technical questions to determine the best course of action. I like to know how someone uses their technology so that I best understand how to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience working professionally as an on-site computer technician with a large nationwide company.
