When I was traveling, I could receive, but was unable to send e-mail from my laptop. After dealing with my service provider tech via their website for over 2 hours, I was finally given the "fix" of "call Apple, and make a service appointment". John at Lunatech solved my problem in 10 minutes with a explanation of what the problem was, and written solution saved as a file if I ever had the problem again while traveling. Very Impressed!
