Quite disappointed. She was nice initially, however, after some time she started having some attitude. (you have to adjust to my schedule I am busy...sort of) There were a few incidents that she was no show during the few years. And when the payment was delayed for some reason once (not our AP's problem according to them) she simply chose not to show without any notice, and then later she just quit with no notice. I believe the reason was that she regretted giving us lower (to her) quote. I was already thinking to replace her due to her recent attitude, however, I at least expected that she would give us more proper notice, by remaining professionally, we've used her service for a few years after all.... HUGE disappointment in the end.

I apologize if you feel I was not flexible enough to your schedule when there was an error in your part. I have my other clients to accommodate that was scheduled ahead of time. As far as the payment goes, the invoice was overdue for 3 weeks and I have no choice but to put a hold on the service until I receive the payment and I did sent a notice to your email and to the accounting department regarding the hold of service. The email was sent before the day I was scheduled. I had been your vendor for 2 yrs and I have worked diligently. I never missed a day I'm scheduled without notice. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me. Thank you.
