- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes for our services are all-inclusive. From our fully insured in-house moving team to our diverse collection of home furnishings, you'll never be nickeled and dimed for our best service. Unlike competitors, our price includes a complimentary 2 months of furniture rental, although most of our staged houses sell within one month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get the call (or email!) about your property, we quickly research and send over a custom quote for your project. We then will schedule a walkthrough with our lead designer, who will write up a formal proposal and final quote. Once a contract has been signed, all that's left to do is relax! Our staging team handles all the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Public Relations Licensed Realtor since 2008 Accredited Home Stager through CSP Member of RESA national staging membership association Our team comes from diverse backgrounds, from interior design, real estate, design school, and gallery sales. Our work has been featured with Apartment Therapy and the Houzz best-of design list the past 2 years.
