- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First in-home consultation is free. Subsequent training sessions will depend greatly on the type of work that needs to be done with the owner and dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work with the owner in the home in which the canine resides. Meeting with the owner and learning about them, their schedules, their specific needs, and their dogs temperament can greatly improve success rates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of handler, owning, and training various breeds of dogs.
