- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for your monthly service depends on various factors: What is the size of the pool? Is the pool screened or not? Is there an auto vacuum? Does the pool have a connecting spa? Additional services that are required during the visit? I am able to provide a general quote based on some questions and then once I meet with you, we will determine the appropriate price for servicing your pool.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, let me know what your situation is. Did you just purchase the home? Have you been servicing the pool yourself? Are you looking to change pool service? If so, what is the reason for changing pool services? I would like to have an idea of any known issues with your pool or the pool equipment (eg. leaks, equipment isn't functioning, stains, etc.). Once I know what your situation is and any issues you may be experiencing, then I will assess how we can get your pool back in shape! We will discuss anything that needs to be done initially as well as what you can expect with our monthly pool service!
