- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
generally from $1.50 to $2.50-$4.00 a sq ft. it depends from what i am installing like if the product needs to be glued of if it is a pattern. also i sand and finish that also depends on the different stains or water pops of bleaching. usually the basic floor care can just be rejuvenated by a simple and costless screen and coat. i all fix your concrete if need or requested. that is paid on time and material basis. 25 dollars an hour to shim or float and high or low spots your subfloor may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i try to understand and explain if are unsure or expecting a certain look deadline or manor in witch they want the process to take place. my number one goal is making the customer happy.

i an a high school graduate. i meet the standards of the national wood flooring Society.
