FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the amount of work I do have different prices, it all comes to the size of the are the amount of days it will take , what the owners want in the house, how complex the job is etc. One thing I always make sure to do however, is be fair with my prices, I never over charge a client for anything, and I always make sure to give them the best of myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I introduce myself, introduce my company. Then I ask them about themselves, from then on I like to listen instead of talking so that I am able to understand what they want. After that I let them know what it is can do for them and how I can make their plans happen.
