- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first visit we like to get to know our clients to learn how to best assist them with their needs. Then moving forward we can come up with a service plan that best suits those needs. We have trained specialists who will come in and help get your aquarium looking the way you want it to look!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has taken Marine Biology, Life in the Sea, Microbiology and Oceanography courses at the college level. He has 12 years of commercial aquarium and pond experience. All of our technicians have 4+ years of commercial experience and have undergone at least 6 months of training with the owner.
