- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Month to month unlimited starts at $145 but decreases in price the more months you sign up for, for unlimited. Prices lower for 3x/week starting at $125 and with a more of a commitment as low as $100/month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on their level of comfort they can jump right into classes otherwise there is a fundamentals class that is offered to get them trained in the skills and movements before scheduled classes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my masters in health and sports science (MS). Undergrad major in athletic training (ATC), minor in health nutrition and certified level 1 crossfit trainer and USAW certified.
