- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$27.50 per half hour, the first lesson is free. Students pay by the month at a flat fee of $110 per month. If a student is starting lessons in the middle of a month, that first month is prorated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out what the the student's goal is in playing the guitar and then find out level they are. If they are beyond a complete beginner, then I listen to them to find out where they are at in their development. Then we proceed with lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
