- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are provided in 45minute block meetings, on demand, at $65 per meeting, payable in advance. I accept CashApp for remote, PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards for local visits. No call No Shows will be refunded less a $45 service fee. More than 15 minutes late is considered a no call, no show. Members who book in advance weekly or monthly can book for a discounted rate of $50 per 45-minute meeting. Meetings booked in advance must give 24 hr cancellation notice to avoid the $45 service fee. There are no refunds for services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is always whole person-centered, and member driven. We work together to identify what you perceive as most important. I partner with you to work toward the goal you establish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Boricua College with a degree in Human Services. Also, CASAC - (Certified Alchohol and Substance Abuse Counselor)
