Walt was very prompt and professional with his inspection of a home we had in contract. He walked through the property with us and pointed out everything he noticed during the inspection and explained the severity, and how to remedy any issues. A couple days later he emailed a detailed report with everything he pointed out, with recommendedations for further action, etc. We had a great experience and would highly recommend American Dream Inspections to anyone, especially inexperienced first time home buyers!

Inspector was very professional and very thorough. Took pictures of everything he found that may cause an issue. Also very friendly as well, would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a house.
