- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies on each project and also i try to make pricing reasonable for each of my clients so that they can afford to have what they need and want done. The client is the most important thing in this process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with new customers is that I try to properly introduce myself and my business as a well professional business. I am a hard worker and I want my work to show that. I take each project as it was my own project to my home and handle it with great care. I ensure my customer knows what they are getting is the best service possible and make it easy for them to book with me time and time again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have educational training from TESST College and also i have worked both here and in Jamaica where i'm originally from as a handyman, carpenter, and most of all a an electrician.
