- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to schedule an initial complimentary strategy session to discuss goals, tour our facility, and make sure that Westside Fitness is the best fit for you! Safety is one of our biggest priorities, so we also do a brief movement screen to identify any potential injury risks. This allows us to design the most effective and safest program to keep you injury free and to reach your fitness goals fast!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelors of science in kinesiology with a minor in coaching and minor in biomechanics from Michigan State University. I am also certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer. I am also a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.
