I will start this review by saying "Thank You Mr. Cline" for your timeliness, dedication to your craft and your professionalism. I bought my outdoor tv mount and enclosure and needed to have it installed on my pool deck. After submitting my request on Thumbtack Saturday mornings I was shocked to see Tim had responded within 90 minutes.
I was even more surprise when he said he could install it on Sunday. The next day Tim arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule and began to survey the job. He asked all the right questions and understood my needs. He immediately began the install.
I must admit I did not accurately describe the work that needed to be done on Thumbtack leaving Mr. Cline to give a quote based on what I described however the job was more detailed and Tim worked extremely hard to complete it while honoring his initial quote.
I offered to pay him more than the original quote and he replied "I quoted you a price and I honor that". My wife and I were extremely pleased with Tim's work and would highly reccommend him to everyone and will definitely use his services in the future.
