- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, $50 per hour unless it is a specialty service like Malware removal $80 special, or various other specials. I also offer a $30 per month option annual contract which covers all of my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am willing to drive to meet customers, and usually my rate for computer support is $50 per hour, and I require the first hour payment in advance via paypal. I keep customers posted as to repair progress if I take the computer with me. Usually computers are returned within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the COMPTia A+ certification, meaning I am qualified / certified to work on Microsoft Windows computers (desktops and laptops) as well as smartphones. I also have 15+ years working as a desktop technician for corporations including Lockheed Martin, Kaiser Permanente, DirecTV and the U.S. Government.
