- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not book air reservations unless it is part of a vacation package with a cruise or tour company. For existing cruises and tours, there is a non-refundable "Plan to Go" fee of $100 per person which will be charged after the initial meeting and before any research or work is made. This fee will be applied to the final payment. Should the trip be cancelled for any reason prior to final payment, this fee will not be refunded. For customized vacations, the fee will depend on various factors, such as the intricacy of the trip and research time required. The hourly fee can range between $75 - $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is most preferable when I have an initial meeting, either in person or over the phone, to get to know my clients and what they are looking for in a vacation. After I have all the information needed, I give recommendations. My clients then make a choice or the conversations continue until we find the vacation that best suits their needs and interests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Travel Agent and Signature Travel Expert. In addition, I hold Specialist Certifications in various areas of travel, such as Luxury, Cruise, Tour, Destination and Hotel.
