I've presented in all 50 U.S. states and throughout the world to clients such as Nike, McDonald's, Merrill Lynch, the Wyndham Hotel Group, the U.S. Air Force and countless other businesses, associations and franchises. In 2005, I built my first of two "Edible Arrangements" franchises in Los Angeles. Applying the principles I discuss on stage, my company won the Edible Arrangements "Best Customer Service" and "Manager of the Year" awards out of more than 1000 locations worldwide. I like getting to know my clients, their organization and their industry. This research is critical for customizing presentations. For me personally, it's an opportunity to learn about many different industries. I really appreciate seeing changes that take place as a result of something they heard in my program. A standing ovation is temporarily great for the ego, but a positive change for an organization and it's members is what really drives me.
