Installers were courteous. Took their shoes off. However, they could not finish the last closet and had to come back because some pieces were supposedly broken in transit from IKEA. I had to go exchange some items. Hanger bars were set too low and I had to go in and adjust all of them so the clothes weren't hitting the top of the shelves. To me it is logical to have the bars as high as possible when you have drawers at mid-range. The problem wasn't entirely theirs I admit. IKEA's online design system is severely flawed and it was difficult to place items in my design in the correct position. However, logic dictates too that hanger bars should be set at a certain height anyways to avoid your clothes crimping at the bottom by the top shelves of the drawers.

I'm sorry you felt the service didn't go as you expected. At no point should my installers dictate where the rods or any additional interior accessories should be placed. That's all personal preference settings b/c we would have no idea what you are placing and where. I'll find out and correct any issues on my side. I thank you for the information.
