- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm Honest upfront with the customer whether I am skilled and comfortable with the task requested. I will not "fake it until I make it" and provide inferior service and expertise at the expense of the customer to make a buck.

B.S. Engineering degree, 8 years as Superintendent and project manager in Commercial and residential construction
