Introduction: As a passionate instructor, I enjoy making my clients happy. It is imperative that I give them what they want as well as fulfilling their goals and dreams. Every student takes dance lessons for many different reasons and my job is to listen, learn, educate, and bring out the best of the individuals. It is quiet an art work, and what I have with my students is beyond a dancing relationship. With my interpersonal/communication skills, I've learned to build, connect, and sustain a healthy/professional relationship with my students which help and encourage their long-term passion for dancing.
What gets me excited about my job is to teach and see our students grow. After all, students are our reflection. Dancing does not only give the students patterns, but self-confidence, happiness, health, community, and much more. Witnessing those who couldn't dance when they first started it but improved weeks later is a big deal to me, so I would always stop and celebrate their achievements along the way.
Seeing that dancing has changed lives within my own eyes convince me that this is one of the best hobbies that one could ever participate consistently. Dancing does not only transform the physical aspects, but mind and spirit as well. Therefore, it is a rewarding and fulfilling job.
