Igal B.
Dec 2, 2018
Hi, my name is Igal. After major car accidents that ruined my structure to the point of being unable to walk, I went through many sessions of chiropractic adjustments, learning to walk again and trying to recover and it was a long and brutal process. I got to a point where I was able to walk and got motion back but I was still weak and my structure still wasn't stable. I tried physical therapy at 2 clinics. One which almost damaged my leg just on the first evaluation and left me unable to walk for a week and another clinic which helped very little and really just injured more than helping because I was given the same exercises most others in the clinic were given without really being given attention to specific things I would need to improve my health based on my physical circumstances. I really wasn't able or ready to do those things so that didn't work out at all. After dealing with all of that and really wondering how I would get strength and mobility back, it was very hard to envision a normal & healthy future because I couldn't see a clear path from where I was until where I should be. That clear path made sense when I met Brandon Chapmond at LVAC at the recommendation of one of the employees who referred me to him. The employee said you can trust Brandon, he really understands injuries and can help you strengthen a lot without getting injured. I was so scared of injuries and I didn't know where my physical limits were, how to stretch or do minor things to get stronger because it seemed like everything I did caused me to get hurt and it really was painful mentally and physically because I saw a lot of motivational videos on Youtube that said don't mentally limit yourself, you can do a lot but in my reality, I did a little to a lot and got injured either way. Brandon literally changed my life. I wasn't able to bend almost at all, do a full squat while holding onto a handrail, or do minor stretches in the beginning but I've gotten way beyond that since training with him. I can do weights, squats with the bars, all kinds of exercises that I didn't think I would ever be able to do but I'm there now and still getting stronger with his awesome sessions. He's the most patient, caring, gentle person there is and everyone I've seen talk to him also says that and confirms it. He seriously is amazing and he does personal training from the heart. He dealt with multiple injuries and knee surgeries as well as intense neck pain for years and he is still a positive, caring, and motivational person to everyone and he proves that even with past pain, a person can still go extremely far physically and mentally and he proves it by competing in hardcore bodybuilding tournaments and getting top ranks. I'm extremely blessed to be able to train with Brandon and I recommend him to literally anyone who needs personal training. He helped people with recovering from injuries, nutrition, and so many different things and he puts a ton of time on getting certified in more things to be able to help more people. He is amazing. Seriously go train with him, you won't regret it. Thanks for everything Brandon, I seriously appreciate all your guidance, time, patience, and everything for getting me this far and still helping me grow. I can't wait to see you listed all over the world as #1 personal trainer. Thank you, Igal Ben Yair

Brandon Chapmond is an amazing trainer. He is flexible with his schedule and very committed to his clients. On our first day of training I was able to do 12 push ups and run 2-miles in 18.5 minutes. After just a month and a half of training, I was doing close to 100 push ups over our hour long session and I can now run 2-miles in 17 minutes. He is incredibly motivating and genuinely wants to see you succeed. I have nothing but praise for this man. If you are looking for serious fitness/lifestyle changes, go to Brandon. He will help you not only meet, but exceed your fitness goals. 10/10 would recommend. :)
