- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide you with complete travel services from the planning stages until you return home. I don't charge fees. Quotes, consults, advice are complimentary. I often have promo codes and discounts for multiple rooms on many trips.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by finding out what they want. I work to figure out what they are looking for and answer by asking questions and narrowing the options for them. I take that information and search through an unbelievable amount of suppliers to find them a good deal and itineraries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years as travel agent. I have worked in different Travels agencies and now own my own business. I am constantly updating my training. The travel industry is constantly evolving with new products. You must be on top of the industry to make your clients happy.
