- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has a start point for all the services we offer. This is because some clients like simple settings while others require elaborate designs. We also offer packages which makes it easier for the clients to choose their required services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost it is important to greet the client with a smile, find a comfortable space to meet, and allow the client to do all the talking. I take notes while they are talking because they tend to already answer questions I may have. This is the clients occasion, my job is to execute their vision and the only way I can do that is to listen to their needs and wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an educator with a BS in Psychology. I understand the importance of listening to what my clients want & the significance of their vision for their special occasion. The key to a successful relationship is to listen, communicate, and don’t make promises you know you can’t keep.
