Reliant Construction always does quality work in a timely manner for a fair price. I would refer them to any one of my friends!

We had them paint rooms, repair beams in our basement and install new supports/piers. Install doors and door knobs on all our new interior doors. They went above and beyond. Very professional and meticulous and they even stayed late into the evening hours to get the job finished as promised. Highly recommended!!!!

They did an awesome job on our home. We did a complete remodel on our home and they did fantastic. The job took a little longer then expected but we added a few extras. I would recommend then to my friends and family even most definitely.

Hired on Thumbtack

Hired on Thumbtack

I had a horrible experience with a contractor who did not complete his hired projects and the ones he did complete were shoddy (to say the least). Jordan came to bid on new remodels and repairs from the previous contractor. I didn't hire Jordan, NOT because of him; but because my husband had hired someone else which he found himself. Since, I was the one who hired the horrible contractor; I didn't put up too much of a fight. If my husband had had the time to talk with Jordan, I'm sure there would've been more of a discussion on who to hire. Jordan was professional and did not make me feel as if I was an idiot when he saw some of the previous contractor's work. His bid was not overpriced compared to the other contractors, especially having to clean up another person's mess. He did well with communication, always responded promptly. That is HUGE for me!

I got a good feeling, from talking to Jordan, that they would do good work. They didn't. They even offered a guarantee, which helped ease any concerns. That was before I paid them. I paid them for roof replacement and drywall patching due to leaks in the roof and stains in the drywall from the leaks. The contract stated board replacement, as well as all necessary flashing. They did not. After the work was completed and I paid them, my roof still leaks and now have new stains in the same place they painted (poorly). I tried to give them time to honor their guarantee. I was very patient. After Jordan, the owner, was either non-responsive, or stalling by saying he'd come out on multiple dates which he did not, I contacted another company. If you don't want to have to pay someone else to do the work you've paid these guys to do; don't hire them in the first place.
