- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate with the new client and gather as much information about the issue or request as possible. Depending of the service needed we may need to come out and do a site visit. Some issues can also be resolved remotely.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with building my first computer. Over the years I have learned many things about computer hardware, networks, servers, and many other types of technology. I started by providing support to family and friends. From there it branched out, and continued to grow by word of mouth.

We work with many types of customers. From residential to business, we have products and services for both.
