Introduction: Hello! I recently graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Wellness. My schooling sparked in me a love for helping others to be happy and healthy. I have since become a certified yoga instructor (200-hr RYS training) and just want to share my love and help others feel great!
