- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't think i have a complicated pricing system, I price the homes, based on how many bedrooms, baths. I like to sit down with the customer and discuss pricing with the them and we work out a price that fits their budget and is fair to both them and myself. I'm very flexible with my pricing, I ask what they are looking to pay and then we can figure out a price to fit their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and talking with the customer and then walking through out the house, Having them show me or tell me what they want cleaned and then we usually discuss how often they want the cleaning done, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, then discuss the price, and then and then we schedule a day to come clean.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in clean homes! I bring our own supplies and equipment, so that you dont have to worry about supplying anything. I only ask that you supply a specific cleaner that you want us to use. I clean from the top of the ceilings to the baseboards, and everything in between!!! I want a happy customer that wants back on a regular schedule
