I must admit these guys had a big job when it came to me, and they did put in a lot of time and effort, BUT after they left we realized a lot of things... We found pieces to our beds in drawers. Our master bed was not put back together correctly. My bed is fairly difficult, but I was told they could do the job. I have a huge gap on both sides of my bed were the end tables are attached to it. BUT that gap is not supposed to be there and I can not correct the gap unless I personally unscrew the bed from the back, rearrange some pieces, then rescrew it back together. Our kids bed was very loose and it's a bunkbed. The top bunk shakes terribly. And I found 3 boards and an entire bags of screws in the bunkbed drawer that I have no idea where they go. I assume the belong to the bunkbed because it's so loose. We still to this day have not found a part that belongs to our lamp to attach our lamp shade. So now we have a lamp that I am unable to attach any shade to it. Our washer was hooked up wrong. The hot water hose was Hooked up to the cold water hose and vise versa. Overall, YES I kept them all day, BUT I paid them for the work. If you were tired, or didn't want to do the job, or felt that it was too big of a job, I feel that you should have mentioned or recognized that on the front end and denied the job. They made mention that a chain mover company would have charged us a lot more. But I feel that a chain moving company would have definitely gave us what we paid for, unlike what we experienced. The movers were very friendly and hard working don't get me wrong. I was just not pleased with the work.

They did a great job moving my things. Nothing was damaged , no hidden fees ,they don't drag out service to charge you more money, and they were very friendly. I would strongly recommend Williams moving service!!
