- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are listed on my website. Occasionally I have a 20% sale running especially for seniors in the fall if they book early. My price includes the photo session and a number of images. I am willing to negotiate if the collections are not what you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an email contact and find out what type of service my client is looking for. I then like to meet at a coffee shop to help both of us get to know one another a bit. This is particularly helpful for the client and helps to put them at ease when the shoot occurs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking photos all my life and have always been considered the one with the camera at all events. When my kids moved out of the house, I became passionate about making my photography more than a hobby. I started out with many many practice shoots. I then learned to hone my skill through on line classes, youtube videos and lots of consultations with other professionals in my field. I have since purchased lots of quality gear and made it a priority to get licensed and insured.
