- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional Staging Consultation - Starts at $250.00 (Depends on Square footage of home and condition). Hands On Staging - $350.00 for 2 hours of Hands-on Staging (I personally make the changes to your home.) $75.00 an hour for each additional hour. Additional charges for furniture and accessories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Professional Staging Consultation: Is a 2 Hour Walk through and Re-design. I walk through the home and make suggestions. I then put together a prioritized and detailed report. It includes suggested furniture layouts, prioritized action items, and tips for both home and curb appeal. I will will email or fax the report within 48 hours. Home-owner applies suggestions in the detailed report. Hands On Staging: 2 hours of Hands-on Staging (I personally make the changes to your home.) Actual hands-on staging is your best way to turn your home into a buyer’s dream home. Strategic design strategies and any notes from a previous consultation and/or Realtor recommendation will be applied resulting in dramatic transformations. *Applies to Vacant or Occupied homes. *Owner is responsible for storage and removal of unneeded items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is a BS in Business with an emphasis is Information Systems. While working in the software development field I designed applications and websites for customers. My training in Interior Design is self taught and started as a passion while staying at home with my kids. It's great when your job is your passion!
