Our LG range (less than 2 years old) died on us. After describing our problem, Brian gave us a "likely" cause in his quote. He ended up being right. I think he could tell I was very flustered because he made every effort to come fix it ASAP! He was friendly and fast. Hopefully I won't need to but I'll call him the next time an appliance is on the fritz!
