Several years ago I was not a person who liked to exercise. I struggled through the first couple days of a new plan, just to quit after a week or two. I decided to get a gym membership so that I'd feel obligated to exercise and not waste the money I was investing. I had no idea what I was doing or what I should be doing to reach my goals. Then I was offered a free consultation with a personal trainer. I thought "Why not?" and I took the opportunity. I felt so inspired by our initial meeting that I signed up for a few sessions. After working together for a few months, I had a new found love for working out. I had been taught what I needed for my own personal goals, and I had been given the tools to get myself there.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer and STOTT Trained Pilates Instructor to help someone who's in the same place I once found myself. I want to educate them and provide the tools necessary to reach their goals and gain a love for fitness.
