A contract was signed 2 months in advance. The contract clearly states changes in venue would make the contract null and void, no refund. The venue set up changed 3 times over the course of 3 months , the seating was more than tripled from the original contract with no additional set up or change fee. 5 extra tables were added, completely changing venue set up plan. Upon set day, heavy furniture was in place, and had to be removed prior to being able to set up the venue. The venue management would not allow for any attachments to the 12.5 foot beams which would have required rental of a "scissor lift". I had to make 4 venue visits prior to event day, no extra fees charged. I received multiple texts messag s the night of the event in regards to how everyone love the design and decor. The day after, the client sent threatening texts messages and demande a refund or she would go to social media. I am extremely disappointed that your original texts of gratitude were not sincere. I worked dilengently to satisfy your requests beyond contractual agreement.
