- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate fees with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person or via Skype, FaceTime, etc. Ideally, there is a piano present so I can give the customer an idea of my skills. We negotiate fees at that time, as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied classical piano for 16 years, including 2 years of training at university, to include music theory and some jazz theory.
