I've worked with Sierra for almost three years and did not just recover my strength following a ACL reconstruction surgery but also achieved a much healthier lifestyle, incl. a significant drop in body fat percentage and almost 30lbs weight loss in conjunction with a 30day long dietary program. Going from a slender to a trim & more athletic body type Sierra took care of the training plans and tracked progress against in form of my body measurements. Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra is not only very knowledgeable and skilled, she also has an excellent intuitive grasp of what a Client needs in terms of challenge level, mix of activities, areas to work on, goal-setting, etc. She is great at helping Clients build strength, flexibility, balance, to identify and reach specific fitness, weight, stress-management, and overall health goals. Sierra is also just a lovely person, her energy is very positive, supportive and helpful - (all while making you do the tough stuff you know you need, but maybe didn't quite feel like it when you first walked in the door …)Jun 4, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The first consultation session is free! I run discounts so ask and there may be special deals :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our initial session is free, this is a consultation to go over assessments and talk about your goals so that I can design a program specifically for you. From there we will meet either once, twice or three times per week continually checking progress and accountability for goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?ACE Certified Persona Trainer, Certified Yoga Teacher, CPR/AED, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach.
