FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most gyms will ask you to buy 10 or 50 packs of sessions. (It's not unusual in Longmont to see that cost anywhere from $49-$120 per session!) While we can definitely set it up that way for you, we've found that the more effective way to get results and get a better value out of your sessions is to set up a recurring monthly amount. If you're ready for a trainer that will work with you for longer period of time, the rates are very reasonable. You might even save more than 50% of the going market rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Once your interested, let us know by reaching out! You can contact us here, or via text or voicemail at our phone number 720 515 5074, or at our email pcflongmont@gmail. com. -After that, we'll schedule a free consultation to see if you could be a good fit for us. During that call, we'll set up an appointment in person. -In the first appointment we get to look at what we're dealing with! You'll go through a few movement screens to see how your body is working so that we can take your training in the right direction. Then if we like each other, we'll set up all the details to start training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with personal training clients for over 7 years. In 2012 studied for and certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) which is no easy task! During the same time frame I also completed an intensive apprenticeship with a cutting-edge facility in Costa Mesa, California: Innovative Results, Inc. Of course my background in collegiate sports (rugby, including a DII national championship with the University of Northern Colorado in 2005) and the active duty Marine Corps (from 2005-2010, I continue to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves) really enhances what I can bring to clients. I understand what it takes to achieve goals: even really hard ones!
