As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, movement specialist, and trainer I have dedicated my life to learning about my craft. I have extensive knowledge with respect to anatomy and biomechanics resulting in the ability for me to make very proficient exercise regimens. I place a strong focus on form and understanding which connects the breath to core to mental focus accelerating results and creating deep dynamic strength. Aland B Ex Professional Soccer Player, Professional Trainer, Actor, Client of Sylvia I have had the pleasure of knowing Sylva for quite some time now, each session I trained with Sylvia brought me right back to my career in Europe as a professional athlete. Sports, and health are a science. It just isn't enough to say you have raw talent. As we advance in our knowledge in how the human body functions under stress and athleticism, we learn and improve our kinetics and functionality of the body. I was trained in Europe by top clubs, and I can't believe how much I had forgotten about my training and how important my movement on and off the field was. I was trained and monitored in how I ran, how I walk how I did each and every drill in training and games, how I ate, how I slept, how I breathed etc. I am now 30 years old, and Sylvia has brought all of these wonderful training and proper work outs back into my life. She monitors me so well in respects to my running, my ball work, my training and my past injuries. She can detect where I am compensating, what I am doing wrong and why a specific muscles group seems to be exerting more energy than another. Her education and background in her field is not just an excellent asset to any athlete or future athlete, but any one who would like to improve their way of life through fitness and wellbeing . Whether you work a 9-5, or you have had surgery, or a recent injury, you must take steps to improve your life, you must push yourself as best you can, but you must do it correctly. Sylvia's passion and dedication to all her clients, myself included, and to all my own clients, is over and beyond honorable. Her goals are simple, to help improve her patients to be more efficient, effective, powerful and longevity with doing physical things or sports that they love doing. I am playing and training with much better mobility, I have a stronger core, and my technique on the field towards my drills are as strong as they have ever been. I am a much more intelligent athlete, trainer, and human being towards my body. I have corrected more than 90% of my training programs with my clients and for myself due to Sylvia's expertise and monitoring of my body and training. Sports aside, what really stands out about Sylvia for me is when I am myself. I can count on Sylvia's expertise as she monitors my body as I do everyday activities to make certain I am balanced, my body is firing in all directions properly, and keeping me on my toes about where I need to strengthend or watch for, while I am doing my everyday activities. This area of my life is the most crucial part even more than soccer, or training, because if I am not maintaining proper poster, being aware of how I walk or plant, or seem off balance or over compensating on one side of my body, I will most likely 10 out 10 times feel it through an injury I will obtain playing soccer or training or working out. I would highly recommend Sylvia to anyone and everyone regardless of age, or occupation. If you wish to live a better life and improve your health from sleeping better, exercising correctly, having more energy throughout your day, improving your health, then there is no one I would recommend better than Sylvia, her professionalism, dedication, expertise, and knowledge is exactly what will improve all aspect of your life, I thank Sylvia for always giving me a 100% of her dedication and effort to improving my health, and I look forward to many years of working together. I have been working out with Sylvia since 2006. She pays special attention to my specific body and goals. I suffered with Achilles tendenosis. Sylvia worked with me before and after my surgery to make sure my movements were precise and that I was strengthening the supportive muscles to alleviate pain and stay on the road to healing. Sylvia continues to evaluate my body, walking, stance, and muscle tone to make sure I am using my muscles properly and even to make sure I am breathing the right way. She is an expert in her field and knows what she is talking about always. She is constantly learning new methods and applying it to her work with me. She has helped me correct the way I stand by showing me what muscles I am misusing and how to trigger the right ones. She had helped me run better, and even breath better. I am so grateful for someone who pays attention to my detail and movement. She stands tall above the competition and is the best personal trainer and physical therapist I have ever worked with. Sylvia has a life long client with me!

I've been training in the gym for about 10 years with a significant emphasis on a balanced workout routine. A well-balanced diet with a good workout routine have always been preponderant components in my fitness journey in the past 10 years. I've communicated and interacted with many fitness experts throughout my career but their advice always lacked the level of clarity I needed to maximize my results during the recovery period. This included movements that prevented injury while simultaneously protecting the concurrent muscle group for many years following a particular training period.
