Introduction: My service stands out because I help people get into touch with their own answers and intuition and develop a relationship with their "conscious rockstar" which is their inner best friend/coach/guidance system. From this place you will make the best choices in all areas of your life.
I work virtually with clients for coaching/consulting (i.e phone/email) but I also offer a unique equine-assisted modality if a client would like to meet in person. This means I work out of a horse ranch in Agorua and I pair horses and humans together in leadership training, effective communication, and healthy relationships. The horses help us to build confidence, and self-trust, draw boundaries and authentically express ourselves.
I love helping men and women live lives that rock! My favorite thing is to witness transformation and all of my clients experience this as they invest in their personal and professional growth.

I worked with Kate as an executive coach to develop my leadership and communications skills to work with my team. She is an inspirational coach, who has the intuition to guide people through a process and the tools to help the person improve. Kate comes from with an open heart and teaches you how to be true to yourself and lead with positive energy. I took several classes with her through the Equine/Horse session and practiced leading the horse. They are sensitive animals with high instincts and know when you are coming from a place of truth. It was an amazing experience. I learned to stay the course. I would highly recommend her for a one on one coaching or for a corporate event and team building.

I have worked with Kate in several capacities both inside the film industry and in her equine coaching business. When she came and spoke to my producing workshop about marketing and being a rockstar, the participants talked about her brilliance for weeks after. When I took a friend of mine to work with her and her horses, she effortlessly and joyously lead us through exercises that allowed us to have breakthroughs in fear and doubt and empowered us to step into the people we are meant to be. It was really something to see. In the shortest of terms, Kate Neligan is a powerhouse who will change your life if you let her.
