- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing based on the service provided and the location distance from my home office in Century City, CA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will set up a free consultation to explain services and to collect information from the client in an effort to customize their product. After the initial meeting, I will provide a detailed product plan, including pricing and scheduling. Once the client is comfortable with the service, a simple service contract is signed. Payment is taken on or before the day of the event, and the customer is asked to provide an online survey after the event is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of training and experience in mentoring, life coaching, domestic violence, substance abuse, team building, process improvement, and relationship building. I also have a degree in psychology, and over 350 educational units in various fields.
