One day I woke up in the morning and went to make breakfast and I could detect the faint smell of Gas when I went to light my Hotpoint 24” Free- Standing Gas Range. I purchased the Range about five years ago, and I have not had too many problems with it, just minor stuff. When I smelled the gas I immediately shut off the gas valve and looked for an appliance repair company with my IPhone. I came across Los Angeles Appliance Repair and they said they were open every day. I was impressed that I could get an appointment for the next day. I told them it was a possible gas leak, but I still did not expect to get somebody out there that fast. The technician Henry showed up on time. He was very friendly, and he seemed to really know his stuff. The last repair man we had out to the house was completely incompetent. He found the leak right away. One of the burners had a small leak. What impressed me even more was that Henry had the parts he needed to fix my Range on the truck with him. Usually when I get anything fixed, it takes week to get an appointment, and then they always have to order parts and end up showing up a week after that if you’re lucky. I was totally impressed with Los Angeles Appliance Repair they are a great company, and Henry was a great guy. I will definitely be calling them back the next time one of my appliances breaks down. Great jobs guys.

I have 3 kids and our Washer and Dryer are going 24/7. We do more laundry than the Laundry-Mat. So when our Maytag Dryer quit working the other day. I called Maytag immediately. After being on hold with them for almost an hour they informed me that they could have a repairman out to our place in about a week and a half. I told them that were unacceptable, and they said that was the best that they could do. My brother told me to call Los Angles Appliance Repair. He told me that he had used them several times tin the past and he said that they were a great company. I called them up and told them it was an emergency. They said they could have somebody over to the house by tomorrow. I could not believe it. True to their word they had Tony out at our house the next day around 4 pm. He took a look at the dryer, and told me it was a fuse that blew out in the back, and he had the fuse with him that we needed. I was stunned. He swapped out the fuse and the dryer hummed to life. What a lifesaver. We would have been buried under a mountain of laundry in no time if it wasn’t for Tony and the good people at Los Angeles Appliance Repair. They are definitely our new Service Company from now on.

We have a Sub Zero Refrigerator/Freezer and the ice maker died and the line to the ice maker leaked into freezer insulation which froze. This caused condensation on side wall which leaked on hardwood floor. What a mess. We tried to call Sub Zero and they said they could have somebody out to our house in a few weeks. Totally unacceptable! So we called up Los Angeles Appliance Repair. We have used them several times in the past and always been happy with the results. They sent out a tech 2 days later and he said that the hose going to the ice maker was loose and the water was running into the freezer insulation. He had to defrost the entire unit. Move the unit out to clean up the water and dry the wood, fix the water hose and clean everything up. It was a pretty big job, and I was surprised when he was finished at how reasonable the bill was. Los Angeles Appliance Repair is a really great repair company. Their technicians are honest and friendly, and they never over charge you or try to talk you into repairs you do not need.
